2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, request a free audit or apply for a role, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website URL and the content of your message or application.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider and third-party services may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and advertising” below and our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it to us through our forms.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, audits and services you request;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website and our content;

- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
We use, or may use, Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Website. In connection with this:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Website and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Website and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or, in the EU/UK, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
- Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on the Website. Where they do, they may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information about your visits.
To learn how Google collects and uses data when you use our Website, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google’s own privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will ask for your consent through a consent management platform before personalized advertising cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy/cookie settings link shown on the Website.
5. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, for example:
- Hosting and delivery (Vercel) to serve the Website and keep it secure;
- Email delivery (Resend) to deliver messages submitted through our forms to our inbox;
- Advertising (Google AdSense) as described above;
- Fonts (Google Fonts), which receives your IP address when fonts are loaded.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, for personalized advertising cookies), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (for example, when you request a quote), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website, and compliance with legal obligations.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request to know what personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@eraquon.com with the subject “Privacy Request”.
8. Data retention and security
We keep enquiry and application data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children’s privacy
The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
